Is your greenhouse open to the public?

We are into our fourth year of operation.  Visits are open to the public during sunflower u-pick season by booking a space on our u-pick link.  Other times of the year can be booked for private functions for a small fee.

Question 2

I am a photographer and I want to take photos.  Do you allow this?

As a photographer myself I love when people ask this question. We are gearing our greenhouse and gardens towards photography sessions and we are happy to have you.  Photographers can contact us for the password to our portal where they can make bookings based on availability.   Payment will be due the day of use.  I currently don't require a deposit and hope people honour their bookings or change early so that we can keep it simple.

I am a photographer, what type of things do you offer?

We love having our photographers out.  When you book a session the place is yours.  You have access to fields, walkways, ponds as well as the greenhouse.  Your clients will have access to a washroom (designer outhouse) as well.  We allow most types of photography at the property from single individual to larger family groups.

We just ask at this time that there be NO Boudoir sessions as we have small children. Thanks kindly.

When can we expect to be able to see a sunflower field?

Our sunflowers should start opening up in August and we will be excited to have people come out to take photos and pick flowers.  Keep an eye out on our facebook and instagram pages to find out when they first make their apperance

What are your hours?

Currently we will be by appointment only.  Our Sunflower U-Pick runs Monday to Saturday 10-4 and Sunday from 11-4.  Photographers are able to book evening sessions from 5-9pm daily.  To book an appointment check under the book online option.

Question 6

Do you charge an entrance fee to pick flowers?

You can either choose to pick flowers which includes an entrance fee or you can come to visit and pay a fee per person to visit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most forms of payment.  Cash, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and E-transfter

How many spots do I need to book to come with a friend

Accepted Answer

You only need to book one spot if you are coming with a few people. Block off the time and bring a friend.  Stay as long as you like.
